Like the article says, rebreathers have been around a while. They key is to make as reliable and easy to use as open circuit. Heck, even Nitrox requires a special class.

OMG...that's totally what i'm starting now that I finished IMFLA..last race of the season. I love P90X, did it on the off season last year and had amazing results, keep it up!!

Melanie - P90X is definitely hard core, but they do show modifications for lower impact, or those less fit, plus you can always hit the pause button to catch your breath. <BR/><BR/>I'm going to try to post every day I follow the program, so it's great to know that you and others will be following along to help keep me honest!
